This Avalokitesvara holds two lotuses and makes a Dharma seal with his right hand, pressing the tip of the ring finger and the forefinger on the tip of the thumb. Avalokitesvara is a bodhisattva of compassion in Buddhism, and the Dharma seal is a concept that refers to the ultimate truth or reality of all phenomena.
